high attentiveness beautiful room fresh flowers turndown service
from the very beginning, the staff displayed a level of attentiveness that stood out. my beautiful room included a spacious walk-in closet, perfect for storing luggage and shopping finds. fresh flowers were replenished daily, a small but welcome touch. the turndown service provided thoughtful additions, such as bottled water and neatly arranged slippers by the bed.
the gym equipment felt slightly outdated compared to the hotel's otherwise modern amenities. i noticed some wear and tear on the treadmill screens.

elegant retreat
christmas decorations cute doormen room upgrade complimentary breakfast
the hotel decorations were beautiful, especially the christmas decorations. the doormen were very cute, they always greeted me by name. i received a room upgrade, it included a desk area and a larger bathroom (a pleasant surprise!). i enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast.
the grapefruit juice tasted like it was beginning to go off.

festive decorations attentive staff
the venue is immaculate and beautifully decorated. the staff explained the items on the stand and were very attentive to providing more tea, and provided exquisite service, not intrusive at all. the experience felt romantic and tender.
grapefruit juice was not fresh and just beginning to turn. it had a tang i noticed.

mixed feelings about the stay
stale juice minimal toast
The breakfast toast was a joke. I received only one slice cut in half on a plate. grapefruit juice tasted stale. It was definitely starting to turn. this felt unacceptable considering the price point. i expected better quality for such a supposedly high-end hotel.
