My stay at The Lanesborough was truly really good! The luxurious ambiance and attentive service made me feel pampered throughout my visit. Although I encountered a minor issue with the lighting in the lounge area that hindered my relaxation, the overall experience was amazing, prompting me to book my next stay as soon as I checked out! 🌟

I was upgraded to an executive junior suite which was stunning, featuring a lovely lounge area and a very well-stocked mini-bar. The special touch of having my butler waiting as I entered was just perfect. The only drawback was the lounge lighting being either too bright or too dim.

I just returned from an really good four-night stay at The Lanesborough, where I was treated like royalty. The service was warm and attentive, with my butler even remembering my tea preferences! The position of the hotel is perfect for exploring London, and the breakfast and dining options were great. However, the two steps in our room made it difficult for me due to mobility issues. Overall, the experience was worth every penny! 🌟🍽️
